Thanks for pointing out the article. i hadn’t seen it until you did and i am glad i got to read it. i agree he was indeed positive, well balanced actually. giving credit where he felt it was do. also i got a really good laugh reading some of the chabadnik comments,LOL.

you know we don’t eat meat but we can more or less go anywhere you want to. As long as it’s a real restaurant and not a chabad center, LOL!

When I went Kosher out here in the fringes of Galut… I lost 80 pounds my first year. (And kept it off)
My taking away “eating out” as there are no kosher resturants within an hour of my house, the pounds just flew off!
I call it the kosher diet of Galut
